Warrior Barbell Club
Barbell Club fits YOU! We take time and slowly work on your technique so that you can become proficient with functional movement, feel better, and take your Tribe workouts and daily body mechanics to the next level. By perfecting the movements that we use in Daily WOD's and our daily life you will move more efficiently, cause less stress to your joints (tendons/ligaments), and strengthen the muscles that support your skeletal structure. We will move you toward living as pain free of a life as possible simply by fixing your bio-mechanics performed through functional movement.
Just as with Tribe there are progressions that we can take you through. It does not matter your current fitness level, or your fitness goals, our teachings are 100% modifiable to fit YOU. Everyone can benefit from a class dedicated to teaching proper movement at a slower place, increasing your comfort level with the tools we use to add stimulus (kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell, etc.) to our WOD's. You will learn the proper, most efficient, and safest way to execute the lifts (Power, Olympic, Skill) through proper body positioning and proprioception.
The two capacities that Warrior Barbell Club will help you hone in on are strength and power. The sessions will focus on mastering everything from basic barbell movements to detailed progressions through the more complex Olympic Lifts. The club is for everyone ranging from the hardcore Oly lifter to those who just have been introduced to what a barbell is.
The sessions will be limited to 10 participants. This is to ensure that each individual is getting the attention required to adequately and safely progress through these complex movements. Sessions will be packed full of controlled technique workshops that require concentration, patience and the watchful eye of experienced coaches.
Focused Development:

Shoulder Press
Bench Press
Dead Lift
Overhead Squat
Clean
Jerk
Snatch
