July 1st was the half way point of the year. Its hard to believe it but it's true. How are you doing with your New Years resolutions? Are you on track with your goals?
It's really incredible how fast time goes by, so don't waste a single moment!

When asked, many people will tell you that their personal goals are going well and are on track but rarely do they quantify the results. How many pounds of fat have they lost or pounds of muscle have they gained? Do they truly know where they stand or just assume they are making progress? You cannot manage what you do not measure.
An easy fitness goal to commit to is working out X number of days per year. My goal was to complete 250 workouts in 2014. I broke it down further by setting a goal to exercise 5 out of 7 days per week. Other than a lapse caused by an unexpected burst appendix, I'm on track. Make the 2nd half of the year count!
Pine Grove will be hosting an 80 Workout Challenge starting August 1st through December 31st. Its another great way to challenge yourself and win lots of cash! Complete 80 workouts before the end of the year to win! The challenge is open to all members including Warriors and Resetters! Rules and sign up info will be posted shortly.
Once again 50% of the year has passed and is gone forever. Will you make changes TODAY or will another 6 months pass, then another 6 - and before you know it - it's July 1st 2015.
October 1st marks the 75% point for the year, thats only 13 weeks away! Where will you be? Will you be 13 weeks leaner? Will you be 13 weeks closer to your goals?
The time will pass regardless......Get Moving! If your a little behind there is still time to catch up!
