How Long Are The Workouts?
The workouts are 50 minutes long. They always start with a dynamic warmup and the coaches always review every exercise involved in the workout before it begins.
When Are The Classes?
We offer classes as early as 5:30 AM and as late as 7:15 PM on weekdays to fit your schedule. There are Saturday morning class as well. Please check out our current class schedule.
How Many Athletes Are In A Class?
We maintain a 10 athlete to 1 coach ratio per class. Depending on the class we can take up to 20 athletes but will always have at least 2 coaches available.
What's a WOD?
It's the acronym for Workout Of the Day. Every day there is a new workout, Every Tribe class, with the exception of Barbell Club, follows that workout.
How Many Times Per Week Should I Come To A Warrior Workout?
The average athlete comes between 3 and 4 times per week.
Should I Do Additional Workouts Outside Of Warrior?
We believe the Warrior workouts should be all you need but if you feel up to it and want to go running or take a cycle class etc. feel free. Just listen to your body.
What If I'm Already A Member Of Pine Grove Fitness? Do I Get A Discount?
Yes! Because Warrior Fitness comes with a free Platinum Elite Membership to Pine Grove, we will discount your monthly Warrior Fee by the amount of your monthly fitness membership. Bonus!
