Don't let the name scare you, Warrior Fitness is right for just about everyone. We have Athletes who are 15 yrs of age all the way up to 70 and from every kind of demographic.
It doesn't matter if you are in great shape or never worked out in your life. The workouts are infinitely scaleable to your abilities and designed so you will never hold anybody else back. The main thing that you need is the desire to self improve and to encourage others to do the same. We will do the rest.

What If I Have An Injury, Can I Participate?
Many people have physical limitations but that doesn't mean they can't benefit from the program. One of the first things we do with new athletes is a Functional Movement Screen. The FMS will identify any functional limitations and asymmetries that a participant may have. It quickly identifies any dangerous movement patterns or limitations so that they can be addressed (corrected) or modified around. It also indicates an individual’s readiness to perform exercise so that realistic goals can be set and achieved. By using the FMS we can determine if Warrior Fitness is right for you and if so modify any workout to fit your abilities.
