We workout as a group but each workout is an individual journey.
Workouts That Change Every Day
A common complaint that we hear about traditional exercise programs is that they don't provide enough results. People workout 3-5 times a week for years and don't get the results they expect. One of the problems is that they don't vary their workouts. Think about pro soccer players versus marathon runners - Pro soccer players have well sculpted legs and calfs while most marathon runners' are skinny and not very muscular. Both spend a tremendous amour of time running, why the difference ? It's HOW they run - soccer player sprint forward, backward, sideways, jump in the air etc causing muscle confusion, while marathoners run in one direction with the same repetitive movement. That change in muscle demands is what stimulated the muscles to grow. In Warrior there is a new workout every day that is designed to confuse your muscles and stimulate their development. The only thing constant is change.
Exercises That Are Functional
A "functional" workout is one designed to improve the way your body functions on a day to day basis. Every time you lift something off the ground (kids, groceries, a moving box) you are performing a dead lift and the technique is the same as lifting a barbell. By teaching Olympic lifts and other functional movements we prepare you for real world challenges that you face every day.
Intensity
The pace of the workout is very important. Our workouts are performed at the highest intensity appropriate for that individual. By raising your heart rate to an anaerobic level you will create a metabolic disturbance that will increase your metabolism for days. You are getting cardio and strength improvements in one workout. That intensity leads to efficiency and you want to be an efficient an athlete as possible.
Workouts That Track Your Progression
We track your progress in every workout creating a Performance Card for every athlete. Performance is measured in time, reps, and resistance. By documenting your progress over time we set goals, achieve new Personal Records (PRs) and transform your body faster than anything you have tried before. If you have been disappointed in past workout results, it's time to try Warrior!
